Located at The Outdoor Activity Center (OAC) at the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance (WAWA), campers will also have a wonderful 26-acre nature preserve for guided exploration. WAWA is located at 1442 Richland Rd SW, Atlanta, GA 30310

• Ages 6-10.
• Limited to 15 campers per session.
• 9 am - 3 pm. (Before and After-care available for an additional fee)
• Parents/Guardians must provide a lunch.

Critter Camp! Typically costs $275, but through a grant provided by USFS, we are able to offer scholarships to all of the participants in this October 2018 Critter Camp at WAWA (See 'Critter Camp Scholarships' for more information). Through this program, the registration is $25 per week (M-F 9am - 3pm) and includes all extra materials needed for the class (i.e. Art supplies such as pens, paper, paints and Sculpy). Before Care and After Care is available at the OAC (for an additional fee).

Extended Care @ WAWA

Campers can arrive at camp anytime after 8:30 without additional extended care charges.

Before Care (8:00 - 8:30am) $5/day
Extended/After Care (3 - 6pm) $ 7.50/day

Late fees: Late fees will begin accruing at 3:30 pm for each camper without extended care arrangements. Late fees are $5 every 15 minutes. If your child is picked up after 6:00 pm, you will be charged $25 for every 30 minutes. All late fees must be paid in full before the child(ren) return to camp.
Critter Camp Scholarships covers 50% of original before and after care costs. Before and after care payments that are not paid along with registration will be accepted on-site on the opening morning of camp and are subject to a $5/day increase.

This camp is low-cost, through a partnership with the Amphibian Foundation and West Atlanta Watershed Alliance, and through a generous sponsorship by the US Forest Service (USFS), the Amphibian & Reptile Conservancy (ARC), as well as the Partners in Amphibian & Reptile Conservation's Inclusion, Equity & Diversity Task Team (PARC).
